Community Outreach Meetings
The Chelan County Assessor will be hosting Community Outreach Meetings throughout the County during the months of February through May. Preliminary Values for assessment year 2013 with taxes due in 2014 have already been placed on your property. Do you want to learn how your property value is assessed? Would you like to gain a better understanding of how market sales are used to determine the value of your property? Please join us for a power point presentation followed by a question and answer session. We will have oversized maps of your area along with our sales data available to look at. Even if you have attended one of our community meetings last year we encourage you to take an hour out of your evening to meet our newly elected Assessor and our staff to learn more about the functions of the Assessor's Office.
