US 2 Upper Wenatchee Valley Study
The US 2 Upper Wenatchee Valley Corridor Transportation Study has rolled out a new website. The Chelan-Douglas Transportation Council is working with the City of Leavenworth, Chelan County, the Washington State Department of Transportation and Link Transit to study options to improve mobility and safety for all modes of travel along the US 2 corridor between Coles Corner and Cashmere. At the end of the study, the project team will identify a set of near- and long-term improvements for all modes of travel, including transit, freight, cars, bicyclists and pedestrians.
The interactive website will inform the public about the study as well as give people a chance to participate. Watch for an open house in August.
