Make Payments

Pay by Autopay:

As part of our commitment to provide taxpayers with efficient, convenient service, the Chelan County Treasurer offers Autopay to automatically deduct your tax payment(s) from your checking or savings account.  On April 30 and October 31 (or the next business day should these dates fall on a weekend), your property tax payment will be made automatically for the amount shown on your tax payment coupon(s).  Only if you choose to pay the full year, will the full amount be debited on April 30.  Your Autopay enrollment will remain in effect until Chelan County has received written notification to change or cancel your account, no less than thirty (30) days prior to the payment date.

You can sign up for your first and/or second half payments to be automatically withdrawn from your bank account by filling out the new account enrollment form and returning it with a voided check to the Chelan County Treasurer’s office by March 15 for first half taxes, or September 15 for second half taxes.

Pay Online:

The Chelan County Treasurer has partnered with Point & Pay to offer electronic processing of tax payments. To make a payment by credit/debit card or e-check, visit: Parcel Search and Tax Payments.

A convenience fee set by the processing company will be charged for each transaction, 2.5% for debit and credit cards, or a $1.00 fee for e-check.

Pay by Phone:

The Chelan County Treasurer has partnered with Point & Pay to offer payment of taxes over the telephone at: 1-844-753-9377

Before you call, you will need your property id number, payment amount, and credit card information.  If your payment is late or delinquent, please contact the Treasurer’s Office to get the correct payment amount to pay including penalty and interest.  Incorrect payments will be returned.

The automated system will give you a confirmation number, please write this number down for your records.  If you do not get a confirmation number, your payment was not completed and you will need to start the process over again. A convenience fee set by the processing company of 2.5% will be charged for debit or credit card payment processing, or $1.00 for electronic check.

Pay in Person:

The Chelan County Treasurer’s office is open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.  We accept cash and check, or credit/debit cards with a convenience fee charged by the processing company.

Check payments can be deposited in the white drop box located at the southeast end of the parking lot off King Street, next to Memorial Park.
