Commissioner Gering to host May 18 community meeting
Chelan County Commissioner Tiffany Gering, who represents District 3, will host a community meeting on May 18 in Chelan.
The event will be 5 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, May 18, at Chelan City Hall, 135 E. Johnson Ave.
Joining the commissioner will be Deanna Walter, director of Community Development; Eric Pierson, county engineer and director of Public Works; and Mike Kaputa, director of Natural Resources. They will give updates on their departments and answer questions from the public.
Gering meets three times a year with the District 3 community to discuss updates on county projects and issues and to answer questions from the public. The next meeting is expected to be in September.
