Parties may electronically file documents with Chelan County Superior Court Clerk.
County Clerk’s office is pleased to announce that TrueFiling, our new electronic filing system, is up and running! Thank you for your patience as we implemented this new system. Below is the link to the webinar on how to set up and use TrueFiling as well as the link to the TrueFiling website.
Once you register, you will be able to access both Chelan and Douglas counties under one account.
If your filing is rejected, all of your fees will be refunded EXCEPT the credit card processing fee.
If you are filing a new case, please remember to include a Case Information Cover Sheet. Missing cover sheets will result in your filing being rejected.
If you need to submit Judge’s copies please complete the form under Judge’s Copies of E-filed Documents.
