Ohme Gardens opens on April 15

Chelan County's nationally acclaimed Ohme Gardens opens Monday, April 15, for the 2024 season.

Originally started as a backyard oasis for the Herman and Ruth Ohme family, the gardens have transformed a craggy, dry bluff into a tourist attraction that has one of the most breathtaking views of the Wenatchee Valley. Read more about the gardens history online.

Today, Ohme Gardens, which is owned and maintained by Chelan County, attracts thousands of visitors a year and hosts about 85 weddings during its season. Cost to enter the gardens is $8 for adults and $4 for youths ages 6 to 17 years. Children 5 and under are free.

Keep up on Ohme Gardens movie nights, comedy nights, and other events on the gardens website or Facebook page.
