Public Works has surplus equipment up for auction
Surplus equipment from Chelan County Public Works will be included in an online auction on Sept. 28.
The county typically participates in a fall auction each year. This year’s event will be a virtual equipment auction facilitated by Chuck Yarbro Auctioneers. The auction begins at 9 a.m. on Sept. 28, but items are available for preview online or at the business, 2556 N. Frontage Road W. in Moses Lake.
Among the items up for auction by Public Works are a pneumatic roller; two 2000 CAT backhoes; a 2001 Load King Low Boy; two 2004 Swenson sanders; broom cores for a mechanical, mobile piece of equipment; a 2008 Ford Escape and three Chevy Colorados of various years.
