The annual renewal window for existing short-term rentals in Chelan County begins Sept. 1.
The renewal period, which runs through Oct. 31, applies to all tiers of short-term rentals currently registered with Chelan County.
Renewal fees have increased this year, and late fees will be applied if renewal applications are submitted after the Oct. 31 deadline.
The new renewal and late fees are:

Late fee of three times the permit fee in addition to renewal fee
People who wish to get a head start on their renewal application can download a form from the Community Development website. However, the online portal will not be open until Sept. 1.
