Vets Program hosts blood drive Feb. 6
The Chelan County Veterans Program is hosting a community blood drive with the American Red Cross on Feb. 6.
The blood drive will be 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Wenatchee Veterans Hall, 1206 N. Wenatchee Ave. Register to donate blood on the American Red Cross website. Or call the Red Cross at 1-800-733-2767. Enter "wenatcheevets" to schedule an appointment.
Local veterans are encouraged to volunteer at the community event or to sign up to donate blood. The blood drive was created as a way for local veterans to give back to the community.
