Chelan County District Court COVID-19 Response Procedures
Due to the rising number of Covid cases in our valley, and in an effort to protect the health and safety of the public as well as court staff, District Court is imposing a mask policy for both courtrooms. Effective Monday, July 18th, 2022 all persons appearing in Chelan County District Court will be required to properly wear a mask or face shield upon entering and while in the courtroom. If you do not have a mask, the court will provide one when you appear for court. District Court will continue to monitor Health and Safety recommendations on a weekly basis and will update this policy as needed. Thank you for your understanding.
