Dryden Transfer Station fees increase June 1
Beginning June 1, the minimum fee charge at the Dryden Transfer Station will increase by $5 to $30. The fee is applied to loads that are 420 pounds or less.
In addition, the municipal solid waste fee will increase to $125 per ton.
The increases are due to the increased costs associated with hauling and disposing the material at the Greater Wenatchee Landfill in East Wenatchee. The resolution, passed by commissioners on May 24, is available online.
