Handing in a building permit? Per Chelan County Code, Section 3.24.070(2), twice a year Chelan County adopts the updated ICC Building Valuation Data Sheet. That means there will be a slight increase in construction valuations starting April 1. This may have an impact on your building permit fee totals that you were previously provided.
