In our ongoing efforts to improve on customer service within the Chelan County Community Development Department, back in August of 2019 we had previously provided some basic information on snow load criteria information that had been recently added to the Chelan County general GIS map that the public has access to.
Since that time we have continued to study and review historical data on snow loads within Chelan County along with working in correlation with the various jurisdictions within the county. With this effort we have now updated our information on established minimum snow loads throughout Chelan County. Please see the attached memo and corresponding documents for established snow loads moving forward.
