24C08415 - Shooting Victim, Plain, WA
Chelan County Sheriff Mike Morrison reports, on 8/10/24, deputies responded to the Plain Hardware Store, in Plain, WA for the report of a gunshot victim.
Deputies contacted the victim; a 55-year-old male who appeared to have a single gunshot wound that penetrated both of his legs. The victim has not been forthcoming in regards to what occurred.
The victim was driven by a female from the location of the incident to the hardware store. The female was not forthcoming with information on the incident as well. The exact location where the shooting occurred has not been determined yet.
The victim was transported by ambulance to CWH for treatment. This shooting is still under investigation by CCSO detectives.
