Real Estate Excise Tax Affidavits for Real Property and Mobile Homes can be found on Department of Revenue’s website. This page can be confusing due to the number of forms that must be supported because of REET rate changes, and for single or multiple location transfers. It is imperative that taxpayers look carefully at the selection to choose the appropriate affidavit that meets the date of sale for their transfer. Choosing the wrong affidavit may cause the tax to be calculated incorrectly and be rejected by the county. The effective date is noted in red at the top of each form.

The Canvassing Board of Chelan County, pursuant to RCW 29A.60.160, will hold public meetings at the dates and times listed below.
