Property taxes become due and payable each year when the current year tax roll is completed by the County Treasurer. Property tax statements are mailed out around mid-February. If you have not received your statement by March 1st please email or call our office.
Due Dates:
First half property tax payments must be paid or postmarked by April 30.
Second-half payments must be paid or postmarked by October 31.
Interest and penalty on delinquent accounts will be charged as outlined in RCW 84.56.020.
Change of Address:
If you need to update your mailing address, write the correct address on the back of your payment coupon when submitting your payment. Or send an email to Treasurer@co.chelan.wa.us with your property ID number and new mailing address.
