Audio CD or Email Request
Pre-payment is required and the cost is $25.00 for each hearing day for each case number. A fee of $5 per device or file transfer and an extra mailing fee of $2.00 plus postage is applied for mailed devices. Do not prepay for audio. Submit your request and we will reply with the total fee. See the Request Form for more information.
