Visiting Incarcerated Individuals

Please refer to the "Getting Out Poster" in the CCRJC lobby or go to the Getting Out website for instructions or assistance with the scheduling, requesting or accepting of video visitation requests.

Video Visitation

Video visitations can be scheduled between 8 a.m. and 11 p.m. daily on the Getting Out app.

Any nudity shown by a visitor will result in the loss of visitation privileges for that visitor. Reoccurrences by the same incarcerated person may result in loss of video privileges for him/her as well. There are two computer monitors in the jail lobby to provide visitation access for people who do not have access to a computer. Lobby monitors are free, but you must complete a registration process to schedule their use.

In-person visitations at the Chelan County Regional Justice Center are only allowed from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Wednesdays and from 2 to 3 p.m. on Saturdays. The incarcerated are allowed only one visit a week (the week consists of Wednesday and Saturday).

Wednesday Visitation: Appointments for Wednesday in-person visitation must be scheduled between 10 and 11 a.m. on the same day of your requested visit.
