Order requirements:
- All orders must have expiration date or indicate non expiring
- Must list people cannot list business names as parties
- Missing or incomplete LEI forms/orders-orders cannot be entered without necessary information
- Add “Sheriff’s Action Required” under heading if order is terminated or continued
