GR 15 (Destruction, Sealing and Redaction of Court Records)
GR 22 (Access to Family Law and Guardianship Court Records).
One can access court documents at Washington State Archives as we submit documents to them daily. You can download the document files at your convenience 24 / 7, no need to wait or submit a request. We encourage you to please go to the website to search by name or case number and download the documents immediately.
To request court/case records, fill out a Court Records Request and submit to the Chelan County Clerk in any one of the following ways:
Deliver the completed form to the Chelan County Clerk's Office located at the
Chelan County Superior Court Clerk,
350 Orondo Ave. Suite 501
Wenatchee WA 98801
After the Court Records Request form is received, a clerk will review the request to determine access to the records and the copying costs* (if any). You will be contacted as soon as possible.
Note: Payment must be received prior to copies being provided.
